Then it is useful to analyze the ingredient list. It can be quite difficult to check all the ingredients, so there are a few useful sites that can help you check quickly.
When analyzing an ingredient list, look out for sulfates, silicones, and drying alcohols, among other things. By checking the ingredient list, you can determine whether or not a product is suitable for curly hair according to the CG method.

You can enter a product's ingredient list on the website Is It CG. The tool will then indicate whether the product is CG-proof and which ingredients may not be suitable for the Curly Girl Method.
Tip 2: CurlsBot
CurlsBot is another handy tool for checking whether a product is CG. Simply copy the ingredient list and you will immediately see whether the product is suitable for the Curly Girl Method.
