To ensure our service is always top-notch, we require some of your information:

To make sure our carrier, PostNL or another courier, delivers your order on time, we need your address details. Your email address also allows us to send you a track & trace code to follow your order.
To pay for your order, you provide us with your payment details. Our payment system uses SSL securely, and all payments go through our payment providers Klarna, Mollie, Stripe Payments, or as indicated during payment.
You decide during your visit to our website whether we may use cookies.

Personal Data

You can always view and change your data. You can also delete it, although we would find that unfortunate. Let us know what you want to change, or do it easily yourself in your CurlyTools account.

Access

CurlyTools is the only party with access to your personal data. We store this data very carefully until you indicate that you want it removed from our database. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you have also left some personal information through the company Klaviyo. We send our newsletters via Klaviyo, and the entered data is only available to CurlyTools.

GDPR

We operate under Dutch law and always adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
