If you order before 9:00 PM on workdays from Monday to Friday, we will ship your package the same day. Send your package to a home or work address or use a PostNL collection point near you.
Particularities
On all national Dutch holidays, such as Christmas and New Year's Day, we do our best to deliver your package as quickly as possible, but it may take longer than normal during these periods. You will always find updates about this on our homepage.
All our products are in stock. If an error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery conditions
Through our carrier PostNL you can choose to have your package delivered to an agreed location around your house, such as your garage, garden or shed. It is important that this place is easily recognizable for the delivery person and that it is safe and dry.
Please note , by choosing this delivery option, you confirm that you do not hold PostNL (the carrier) and the sender (CurlyTools) liable in the event of damage, loss or theft.

Can I pick up my order from you in Hoogeveen?
We currently do not offer the option to collect orders in Hoogeveen. All our orders are shipped directly via PostNL.
Can I change my address?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your address once the order has been received by us. Place a new order and email us so that we can retrieve your package with the incorrect address as soon as possible.
My package has not yet been delivered, what now?
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please first check the tracking information you received.
Has your package not been delivered after 3 days and has PostNL been unable to help you? Please contact our customer service.
My products have been damaged, what should I do?
If your products have arrived damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at info@curlytools.com. We may ask you to send photos of the damage and we will provide a solution such as a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
