Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your package. You can register your return by sending an email to info@curlytools.nl, including your name, order number, items, and any reason for the return.

Important:

Always include a note with your order number. This will help us process your return faster. Once we have received your return package, we will refund the purchase amount within 1-7 business days, provided it meets our return conditions.

Return Exceptions

• Scrunchies, clips, hairpins, and headbands cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Used items or items not returned in their original packaging (or with damaged packaging) cannot be returned.
• We cannot accept returns if an allergic reaction has occurred. In such cases, please contact the manufacturer as indicated on the product label.
• All (hair care) products returned will be thoroughly inspected for weight, contents, caps, and batch codes indicated at the bottom. If any discrepancies or suspicion of use are found, we will not be able to accept the return.

Return Conditions

• The item has not been used, or the seal is still intact.
• The item is returned to us within 14 days of the receipt date.
• The item is delivered to us in good condition.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, products cannot be exchanged. Please return your items within 14 days and place a new order via the website.
