We do everything we can to keep the private data we receive from you truly private. Your data is stored in a database and we do not give access to third parties for commercial purposes.

To ensure that our service is always perfect, we need some information from you:
- To ensure that our carrier PostNL or another courier delivers your order to you on time, your address details are required. Your email address also ensures that we can send you a track & trace code with which you can track your order.
- To pay for your order, provide us with your payment details. Our payment system uses SSL securely and all payments are made via our payment providers Klarna, Mollie, Stripe Payments or otherwise indicated at payment.
- When you visit our website, you indicate whether we may use cookies.
Personal data
You can always view and change your data. You can also delete them, although we think that is a shame. Let us know what you want to change, or simply do it yourself in your CurlyTools account.
Access
CurlyTools is the only party with access to your personal data. We store this information very carefully until you indicate that you want it removed from our database. Only if you have registered for our newsletter, you have also left some personal data via the Klaviyo company. We send our newsletters via Klaviyo. The entered data is only available for CurlyTools.
