Apply while washing. Gently massage into the scalp and hair lengths, comb with fingers and, if necessary, brush. May be used daily.

This is how you use shampoo , shampoo bar or co-wash within your curls routine:

1. On wet hair: Apply the shampoo to damp hair and massage the scalp by making circular movements with your fingertips.
2. Shampoo twice (optional): To make the shampoo foam better or to make sure your hair is clean.

Additional Tips:

1. Always use a conditioner or mask after washing: Damp hair is fragile and this allows you to close your hair cuticles again. This is not necessary when using a co-wash .
2. A final wash or clarifying shampoo: Use once or occasionally to prevent build-up .
