De olie kan je aanbrengen voordat je jouw haar gaat wassen (pre-shampoo behandeling). Verdeel je haar in secties, en breng dan de olie aan in je handpalm. Vervolgens masseer je voorzichtig je hoofdhuid in. Gebruik eventueel een showercap, en laat het 5-10 minuten intrekken. Vervolgens kan je daarna een shampoo en conditioner gebruiken.
