I have been using Only Curls products for some time now, and in this blog I tell you what my experiences are with the Cream and the Gel.
Only Curls Hydrating Curl Cream
First of all the smell, wonderful! Even after a few hours after you have applied the product, you can still smell the scent of this product. What struck me about the product is that the substance is very thin. I expected that this product would not be enough for the amount of hair I have. But with a small amount of cream I actually noticed positive effects. My curls became less frizzy and felt soft. I usually use this product after I have just washed my hair. After showering I scrunch it into my hair, then apply a leave-in conditioner and a gel. NB! This doesn't work for everyone. I have very thick hair, but for your curls it may be better to skip the leave-in after applying this cream. I also use this product when I refresh my hair in the morning, especially at times when my hair feels stiff in the morning.

The next product is the Enhancing Curl Gel . This product also smells wonderful, just like the cream! A good combination if you use these two products together. The gel also has a thin substance. Just like with the cream, I thought this product wouldn't provide enough hold. But this product is also not too intense and can also be used by people with finer hair. The gel gives a nice definition and makes your curls soft and flexible. I use this product almost every day on wet hair. When I wash my hair, I apply this product after the cream, on soaking wet hair. This is a particular hair routine that I invented for myself. Are you just starting with the CG method? Then a different routine may help better. I always try to look carefully and feel what my curls need. After a certain period you know what works best for you, so this (unfortunately) takes some time. In addition, I have used many different products, which also helps create a good hair routine.

Is Only Curls suitable for my curls?
Only Curls is made for all types of curls and textures. The substance is not too heavy and therefore also suitable for finer hair types. In addition, it is nice that the line is very extensive so that you can shop a complete line. Because did you know that in addition to these two stylers, many new products have been added in the meantime, such as a mousse and heat spray? Only Curls products are also suitable if you have dyed or damaged hair, prefer vegan hair products and for anyone who wants a more compact or very extensive routine.
Do you have low porosity? Then you need lighter products. Are you using products that are too heavy? Then this has a negative impact on your curls. This product is suitable for me because I have low porosity. As I already indicated, you need to look closely at your curls. What does a certain amount of the product do? How do you apply it and when? Test it out and try different ways over and over again. It is wise to start with small quantities of the products. Do you feel like your curls need more? Then you can adjust this in small steps. It is very important how you apply the products, at least try to apply to wet hair.
