This is how you use an oil , serum or hair spray within your curl routine. After applying a styler to dry hair:

1. After styling your hair: Are you completely done with the routine part of styling? Then you start using products to complete your look.
2. Oil: Use a small amount of oil on 100% dry hair.
3. On damp or dry hair: You can apply a hair spray to both dry and damp hair. Experiment to see what suits your curl type best.
4. As a pre-styler, styler or finisher: You can use a serum in different ways. If you have dry hair, you often use it in addition to a leave-in conditioner to retain moisture in your hair. You can also use it when your hair is completely dry and you want to reduce frizz. Most serums also contain ingredients that promote curl definition, so-called styling serums.
