Do you want to start with the CG method? Then use one first final-wash. This shampoo from XHC is perfect for this! The shampoo contains sulfates that ensure that all product residues from your old products and dirt disappear from your hair. The final wash is therefore the first step you take within the CG Method. 

NB: you use the shampoo once before you start the method! Do keep the shampoo. Who knows, it might be useful in the future: for example, if you accidentally use a non-CG product or if you are going to dye your hair or suffer from build-up.

How to use

Use the final wash like your 'normal shampoo'. Dampen your hair and massage the shampoo thoroughly into your scalp. Then rinse it completely and then use a hair mask.
