Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't you have samples of all brands?
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to make samples of some brands, such as Curlsmith and Treluxe, due to the brand's rules. However, many brands are increasingly offering travel size packaging from approximately 60 to 100 ml.
The brand or product I want a sample of is not available, what now?
Please let us know via our contact page . Then we can see whether travel sizes are available or whether we can possibly make samples of the brand.
What is the difference between a travel size or a sample?
A travel size is an original product sold by the brand. A sample is a product that we have filled in a 30 ml jar, for example because there are no travel sizes available from the brand.
